1st Eurotrainers Network Webinar: “AI in Trade Union Training — Pedagogical Approaches and Practical Perspectives”

Objectives of the project

-To establish a collaborative and sustainable network of Eurotrainers that enables mutual exchange of skills, resources, and expertise, enhancing the quality, reach, and impact of training activities through shared effort and collective learning.

-To foster the ongoing training, development and engagement of the Eurotrainers network.

2. Target group

Trade Union trainers and trainers who have completed the Eurotrainers learning pathway

3. Dissemination / Outcome

A shared digital space will be established to enable trainers to exchange training materials, templates, methodologies, and other resources, supporting collaboration and efficient reuse. A series of webinars and online sessions will showcase the expertise within the network and provide continuous professional development for trainers through peer-led learning. Network members will also jointly develop a Eurotrainer vocabulary guide to create a shared understanding of key terms and strengthen consistency and communication across the network.

4. Expected Impact

The project will strengthen the professional capacity and collaboration of trainers by providing improved access to shared expertise, high-quality resources, and peer learning opportunities. In the longer term, the project will contribute to a sustainable and interconnected community of trade union trainers across Europe, supporting the future of trade union education and training.
