Objectives of the project
\n \n-To establi sh a collaborative and sustainable network of Euro trainers that enables mutual exchange of skills\, resources\, and expertise\, enhancing the quality\ , reach\, and impact of training activities throug h shared effort and collective learning.
\n \n-To foster the ongoing training\, de velopment and engagement of the Eurotrainers netwo rk.
\n \n2. Target group
Trade Union trainers and t rainers who have completed the Eurotrainers learni ng pathway
\n \n3. Disseminat ion / Outcome
\n \nA shared digital space will be established to enable traine rs to exchange training materials\, templates\, me thodologies\, and other resources\, supporting col laboration and efficient reuse. A series of webina rs and online sessions will showcase the expertise within the network and provide continuous profess ional development for trainers through peer-led le arning. Network members will also jointly develop a Eurotrainer vocabulary guide to create a shared understanding of key terms and strengthen consiste ncy and communication across the network.

\n \nThe project will strengthen the prof essional capacity and collaboration of trainers by providing improved access to shared expertise\, h igh-quality resources\, and peer learning opportun ities. In the longer term\, the project will contr ibute to a sustainable and interconnected communit y of trade union trainers across Europe\, supporti ng the future of trade union education and trainin g.
